Senior Associate – Oracle HCM & IT Technology Sourcing

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the sourcing and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions and broader IT/technology procurement for PwC India and its clients. The role combines expertise in Oracle applications with strategic procurement and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Pan‑India IT/Telecom spend, including hardware, software, SaaS, bandwidth, and manpower augmentation.
• Lead complex RFX/RFP processes for technology purchases and conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and implement industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to process purchase requisitions within defined turnaround times.
• Monitor spend against the annual operating plan and prepare dashboards/MIS reports.
• Oversee internal and external audits related to procurement activities.
• Conduct annual vendor evaluations, develop new vendors, and manage quarterly performance reviews.
• Negotiate contracts, maintain a contract repository, and manage contract lifecycle.
• Utilise Oracle ERP tools, Contract Lifecycle Management systems, Power BI, and MS Office for reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• MBA or postgraduate qualification.
• Proven experience in IT/technology sourcing, vendor management, e‑procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication, initiative, problem‑solving, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and urgent requests.
