Senior Associate – Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

About the role

PWC's Oracle Services Practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Oracle Fusion Finance team. The role involves helping clients implement and optimise Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet their digital transformation goals across finance, operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Tax, Cash Management).
• Ensure financial systems align with industry best practices and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to integrate financial systems with other enterprise applications.
• Implement Oracle tax modules and support regulatory reporting.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI.
• Work with external vendors and consultants for solution implementation, user training and testing.
• Provide hyper‑care and AMS support post‑go‑live.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance consultant.
• Minimum two successful Oracle Fusion ERP Finance implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle tax modules and a solid understanding of accounting standards.
• BTech or MBA degree.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
