Senior Associate – Operations Consulting

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Operations Consulting practice in Mumbai. You will help clients optimise product innovation, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and service operations, turning them into sources of competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of functional workstreams such as Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), including design, configuration, testing and post‑go‑live support.
• Gather business requirements, design solutions and manage process mapping, re‑engineering and gap analysis.
• Recommend best practices to streamline and standardise S2P processes and ensure integration with strategic plans.
• Collaborate with OEM and integration teams to deliver integrated system deployments on time and within budget.
• Prepare training documentation, user manuals and deliver training sessions to support system adoption.
• Provide production support, manage enhancements and act as liaison with business process owners.
• Support business development activities such as responding to RFPs, creating proposals and delivering client presentations.
