Senior Associate – OneStream Solution Consultant

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead OneStream implementations within its Technology and Innovation practice. The role involves working closely with project teams to deliver administrative services, managed services, and technical support for OneStream platforms. Candidates should have a strong background in finance technology and a passion for developing the OneStream practice.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to design and configure OneStream solutions, including consolidation and FP&A modules.
• Provide ongoing administrative and managed‑service support such as help‑desk assistance, performance monitoring, month‑end close, and report development.
• Translate business requirements into OneStream functionality, build proof‑of‑concepts, and conduct testing and user acceptance.
• Deliver training, documentation, and customer service to end‑users and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other CPM solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle CPM implementations and understanding of core financial statements.
• Strong client‑relationship and communication skills.

Required skills

• OneStream platform expertise.
• VB.net or Visual Basic programming.
• Business rule writing.
• Hyperion EPM/CPM knowledge.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
