Senior Associate – Loan Operations (US Shift)

About the role

The Senior Associate / Delivery Lead will handle end‑to‑end loan operations on a US shift, supporting deal closing, loan servicing, trading and letter of credit activities. The role is based in the Gurgaon/Bangalore office and requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of syndicated and direct loan deals for servicing, including agency, participant and bilateral arrangements.
• Book deal closings, amendments and loan trading settlements using Loan IQ.
• Update, reconcile and book fees related to letters of credit.
• Process business‑as‑usual transactions and support team members with complex cases.
• Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions and disseminate best practices.
• Prepare and manage internal and external regular reporting, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑10 years of experience in loan operations, servicing, or trading.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask under tight timelines.
