Senior Associate, Legal

About the role

We are looking for an experienced contracts and advisory lawyer to join our Legal Team. The Senior Associate will handle a broad range of advisory matters and contract negotiations, working closely with internal departments and external partners to protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate, product advisory and end‑to‑end contract negotiation, including IT contracts.
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements and arrangements entered into by the organization.
• Offer legal advice on RBI, fintech, employment, digital lending and intellectual property matters.
• Coordinate independently with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Track legal expenses, maintain and periodically update MIS trackers.
• Conduct legal research and analyse regulatory implications of new fintech products.
• Support a wide array of regulatory projects and identify new tasks.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of post‑qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank or multinational corporation.
• Combination of law‑firm and in‑house experience preferred.
• LL.B degree from a reputable law school.
• Punctual, transparent, responsible and able to take end‑to‑end accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
