Senior Associate – Legal Advisory (Risk Management)

About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Risk Management practice within Internal Firm Services. The role is part of the Policy, Strategy and Leadership team and focuses on legal advisory for government procurement, RFPs and contract management.
Key responsibilities
- Review government RFPs and contracts, identify risks and guide business teams in drafting pre‑bid queries.
- Assess business proposals for government clients and advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Perform contract review, redlining and negotiations in line with PwC standards.
- Draft commercial contracts from scratch and advise on deviations from standard terms.
- Develop mitigation plans and provide strategic oversight for the Risk Management practice.
Required profile
- 5‑year integrated law degree from a reputed Indian law college (National Law Institutes preferred).
- In‑depth knowledge of government procurement regulations and corporate/contractual law.
- 3 to 7 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Excellent drafting, articulation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Up‑to‑date with current laws.
