Senior Associate Lawyer

About the role

This full-time, on-site position for a Senior Associate Lawyer is based in Delhi, India. The Senior Associate Lawyer will be responsible for providing detailed legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and policies, and representing clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations, arbitration, and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, arbitration, and litigation.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and interpret laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal team to address complex legal challenges.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree from a recognized law university (LL.M. is an added advantage).
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and agreement review.
• Experience with litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Proactive work ethic with a proven track record of delivering quality results under deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage high‑stakes assignments.
