Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory team in Mumbai. You will work alongside business leaders to solve complex problems, drive innovation and create sustainable change for large, global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address strategic and operational challenges for clients.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Utilise a variety of analytical tools and techniques to extract industry trends and data‑driven recommendations.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff, offering coaching and stretch opportunities.
• Communicate findings clearly and influence stakeholders across different levels.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, preferably in managed services or chemicals sectors.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent (PGE) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt behavior to build strong relationships.
• Willingness to seek diverse exposure and continuous personal development.
