Senior Associate – Investment Banking & Infrastructure Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Deals Corporate Finance team in Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering strategic advice and execution support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and infrastructure advisory projects, helping clients maximise value throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pitches and proposals for deal sourcing and client engagements.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for M&A and funding transactions.
• Draft information memoranda, teasers and valuation analyses using DCF, relative and replacement cost methods.
• Create investor long‑ and short‑lists, conduct outreach and manage marketing communications.
• Respond to investor queries during due‑diligence and marketing phases.
• Conduct industry research for market sizing, competitive landscape and transaction comps.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level experience in corporate finance, M&A or related advisory services.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across deal teams.
