Senior Associate – Internal Audit (GCC Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Internal Audit – GCC Advisory team in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end internal audit services, supporting function set‑up, transformation and leveraging advanced technologies to help clients manage risk and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute internal audit engagements across various industries, assessing governance, risk management and control processes.
• Assist clients with internal audit function establishment, co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed service models.
• Utilise AI‑enabled risk technology, including GenAI tools, to enhance audit efficiency and insight.
• Collaborate with specialists in cyber, forensics and compliance to address complex risk scenarios.
• Provide recommendations that protect client value and enable informed risk‑taking.

Required profile

• Strong background in middle‑office or investment operations, with exposure to trade lifecycle, reconciliations and settlements.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives and corporate actions.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support global shifts, including night or EMEA coverage.

Required skills

• Experience with GenAI/Agentic technologies (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy).
• Familiarity with the Aladdin platform (preferred).
