Senior Associate – IGA Developer (Saviynt) – Bangalore

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to work as an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Developer in its Bangalore office. The role focuses on designing, configuring and extending enterprise IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA.
• Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests and certifications.
• Configure connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases and REST‑based applications.
• Design and implement Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning.
• Configure access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.
• Develop custom integrations, rules and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) models aligned with business needs.
• Conduct requirements gathering and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Provide effort estimations for implementation, customization and support activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions.
• Proven ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to identity lifecycle and access management.
