Senior Associate – IAM Engineer (Cyber Risk & Regulations)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) services within its Cyber Risk and Regulations advisory practice. You will own end‑to‑end IAM operations, drive automation, and ensure secure, scalable identity services for both workforce and non‑human identities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run IAM operations across the identity lifecycle (joiner‑mover‑leaver) and access fulfillment workflows.
• Manage ITSM‑aligned processes including incident, problem, change, request and knowledge management.
• Lead audit and compliance execution for access controls (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI) and maintain audit readiness.
• Implement automation‑first operating model to reduce manual ticket volume and expand self‑service capabilities.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, HR and application owners to ensure service stability and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in IAM or security operations, with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Proven track record delivering IAM services at enterprise scale and managing third‑party service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to senior leadership.
