Senior Associate – GTM Strategy & Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its GTM Strategy & Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will work on high‑impact deals, helping clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring while shaping go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics and business opportunities to inform client decisions.
• Develop strategic frameworks and go‑to‑market plans for mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations to maximise deal value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions.
• Support senior leaders in client presentations and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in professional services, corporate strategy or deal advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex business problems.
• Strong analytical mindset with both quantitative and qualitative capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
