Senior Associate – Green Hydrogen & Decarbonisation Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice focused on green hydrogen, its derivatives, and decarbonisation. You will work with leading organisations and government bodies to shape policy, drive renewable‑energy projects, and deliver sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage 5+ projects covering policy, regulatory and technical aspects of green hydrogen and renewable energy.
• Support central and state government agencies, DISCOMs and other stakeholders on renewable‑energy initiatives.
• Develop and deliver advisory services on emerging technologies such as renewable energy trading, flexible demand‑response, and energy‑storage solutions.
• Analyse regulatory frameworks, assess market opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple complex advisory projects in the energy or renewable‑energy sector.
• Strong understanding of policy, regulatory and technical issues related to green hydrogen and decarbonisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
