Senior Associate – French (Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate who will serve as the primary point of contact for employee attendance and availability in our Mumbai operations. The role involves managing absence reporting, maintaining accurate attendance records, and handling dependability‑related interactions through structured call handling and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound and outbound calls related to employee attendance, scheduling and exceptions.
• Document attendance data accurately and ensure compliance with company policies and data‑security standards.
• Escalate complex or disciplinary cases to bilingual or on‑shore support teams according to defined protocols.
• Coordinate real‑time staffing adjustments and support operational teams during shift rotations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date attendance dashboards and generate regular reports for workforce planning.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling or airline operations is preferred.
• Fluent English (advanced) and functional French (B1‑B2).
