Senior Associate – French (Attendance & Availability)

About the role

The Senior Associate – French will serve as the primary point of contact for employee attendance and availability matters in our Mumbai operations. You will manage absence reporting, maintain accurate attendance records, and ensure timely escalation according to company policies. The role requires fluent communication in both English and French to support a bilingual workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to attendance, absence, and dependability issues.
• Document interactions accurately and update attendance systems in real time.
• Apply defined workflows, compliance standards, and data‑security protocols during each interaction.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling exceptions, escalating complex cases to senior or on‑shore teams.
• Collaborate with workforce planning and scheduling teams, especially in airline‑related operations when applicable.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Comfortable managing both outbound and inbound calls in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (advanced) and French (B1‑B2) for routine operational conversations.
• Prior exposure to workforce planning, scheduling, or airline operations is preferred.
