Senior Associate – Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services)

About the role

The Senior Associate will join PwC’s Financial Due Diligence team within Transaction Services, providing strategic advice and business diligence for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will analyse financial information, assess earnings quality, assets, cash flows and other key deal issues to support corporate and financial buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage medium to large‑complexity due‑diligence projects.
• Identify purchase‑price, working‑capital and debt adjustments.
• Analyse financial statements under Indian GAAP and assess earnings quality.
• Prepare and present deliverables, articulating clear points of view.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong client communication.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence or audit.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Strong analytical, business acumen and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to work independently.
