Senior Associate – Finance Transformation

About the role

Join PwC's Finance Effectiveness Practice as a Senior Associate, helping leading organisations optimise their finance functions. You will work closely with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to design and implement finance transformation, shared services and outsourcing strategies that drive performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage client projects, including planning, solution design, execution, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee project financials, risk and issue management to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support business development activities such as client pursuits and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation of new methodologies, thought‑leadership content and white papers.
• Coach and mentor junior team members where people‑manager responsibilities apply.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance transformation, shared services or outsourcing strategy, design and implementation.
• Relevant professional qualification – MBA or CA.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business drivers and challenges.
