About the role

At PwC, data and analytics professionals help clients turn data into insights and strategic decisions. As a Senior Associate in Data Engineering you will lead engagements, design scalable pipelines and mentor a team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures using Spark, PySpark, and Python.
• Lead and manage a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high‑quality data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data engineering projects.
• Implement best practices including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in data services, data architecture, and data platforms.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Spark, PySpark, and Python.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
