Senior Associate – Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice. In this role you will collaborate with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams to address complex business challenges, drive innovation, and deliver sustainable value for large, global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client problems, develop strategic recommendations and support execution across a range of industries.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured issues and extract insights from data and market trends.
• Mentor junior team members, delegate work and provide coaching to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Utilise PwC’s tools and methodologies, selecting the appropriate approach for each engagement.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards, reviewing work for accuracy, relevance and compliance with firm ethics.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, preferably in a large professional services environment.
• Strong self‑awareness, ability to receive feedback and continuously develop personal strengths.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
• Commitment to PwC’s purpose‑led, values‑driven culture and adherence to the firm’s code of ethics.
