Senior Associate – Business Analyst, Financial Services GCC

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate Business Analyst to support Financial Services Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in Bangalore. You will combine strategy consulting, operating model design, and technology orientation to drive transformation for banking and financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support GCC strategy formulation, including scope definition, maturity assessment, and growth roadmaps.
• Design target operating models (TOMs) covering business, operations, risk, finance, and technology functions.
• Assist in establishing transformation centres of excellence and delivering AI‑enabled initiatives.
• Conduct benchmarking, cost optimisation, and process improvement analyses.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to implement organisational design and change management.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of experience in financial services consulting or GCC environments.
• Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA in Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Technology Management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
