About the role
Chamber One is seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join its New Delhi office. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious matters across dispute resolution, corporate and commercial advisory, and transactional work.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage legal matters from inception to resolution.
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and develop case strategies.
- Provide advice to clients on commercial, regulatory and employment issues.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals and arbitral forums as required.
Required profile
- 4 years post‑qualification experience for senior associate positions; 1‑2 years for associate roles (freshers also considered).
- Strong drafting, research and analytical abilities.
- Experience in dispute resolution and/or general corporate and commercial matters.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Excellent communication and client‑handling skills with a commercially‑minded, detail‑oriented approach.
