Senior Associate – Application Management Services (AMS)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate for its Application Management Services (AMS) team in Coimbatore. You will act as a consultant to application stakeholders, ensuring governance, security policies, and regulatory compliance are embedded in SAP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy on governance, security policies, and processes for applications.
• Manage SAP security roles, profiles, user provisioning, de‑provisioning and access reviews.
• Implement role‑based access control, business role concepts and segregation of duties.
• Gather business authorization requirements and coordinate role development with development teams.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with Bosch and industry regulations.
• Prepare compliance reports, documentation and conduct stakeholder training.
• Handle support queries, escalations and maintain control artifacts for audits.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in IT systems, preferably with SAP security in R/3 or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of application management processes, governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines and handle multiple stakeholder requests.
