Senior Associate – Application & Emerging Technology

About the role

Join the Application and Emerging Technology services team to help clients identify, prioritize and integrate emerging technologies that solve business challenges. You will design approaches that combine new tech, skills and processes to maximise technology investments and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using Angular and Node.js.
• Apply object‑oriented analysis and design with standard design patterns.
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular and React.
• Develop and maintain APIs (SOAP and REST) and micro‑services.
• Utilise RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optionally NoSQL databases.
• Implement solutions with Spring Boot, Gradle/Maven, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Manage version control using Git or SVN.
• Analyse call logs to identify trends and support users.
• Perform miscellaneous project‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc‑IT or MCA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess users' IT knowledge and handle difficult situations.
• Logical thinker with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivated, cooperative and positive attitude.
