Senior Associate – Advisory Consulting (Energy)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory team in Ahmedabad. You will work alongside business leaders to solve complex problems, drive innovation and create sustainable change for clients in the Energy, Utilities and Resources sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address strategic and execution‑level challenges.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured problems and extract insights using a variety of tools.
• Delegate tasks, coach junior staff and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Review work for accuracy, relevance and alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain ethical standards and adhere to PwC’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience, preferably in Energy, Utilities or Resources.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
