Senior Associate, Accounting Advisory

About the role

Riveron’s Accounting Advisory team partners with clients to deliver pragmatic, tailored solutions for complex accounting and finance challenges, ranging from technical accounting standards to capital market transactions. As a Senior Associate you will work alongside senior leaders to support clients through business transformations, IPO readiness, and financial process redesign.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on significant business transformations using financial and accounting expertise.
• Conduct research and analysis on complex accounting and finance issues, including US GAAP, IFRS, and GAAS.
• Develop client‑facing deliverables such as memos, analyses, and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to execute workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in audit or industry accounting roles.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, GAAS, IFRS) and experience with accounting research and writing.
