Senior Architect

About the role

Connplex Cinemas is expanding its entertainment infrastructure and seeks a Senior Architect to lead the design of cinema and commercial projects from its Ahmedabad head office. You will be responsible for translating creative concepts into detailed construction documents while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and design for cinema and commercial projects.
• Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project phases.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and building regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables.

Required profile

• B.Arch required; M.Arch preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in architecture, construction, or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
