Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead and deliver architectural projects from concept through construction for luxury hospitality, banquet, residential and experiential spaces. The role combines creative design leadership with hands‑on technical execution and client coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design solutions for high‑end projects.
• Prepare, review and coordinate construction and working drawings, presentations and 3D visualisations.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to verify that construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and design quality, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Present design proposals and concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architecture and interior/design projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed architectural works.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with 3D visualisation software.
• Solid understanding of materials, construction details and architectural documentation.
