Senior Architect – Airport Landscape

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Architect – Airport Landscape to lead planning, design, and coordination of landscape works for airport terminals, landside areas, and associated facilities across multiple projects in India.

Key responsibilities

• Lead landscape planning and design for airport landside, terminal surroundings, approach roads, and public realms.
• Develop landscape concepts, master plans, planting strategies, and hardscape designs.
• Coordinate with architecture, civil, utilities, drainage, and sustainability teams.
• Ensure compliance with DGCA, ICAO, environmental norms, and local authority regulations.
• Integrate landscape design with passenger movement, security, and operational requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Support stakeholder coordination with airport authorities and statutory bodies.
• Guide junior landscape architects and design teams.
• Support construction‑stage activities including site inspections and design clarifications.
• Prepare and review landscape documentation, reports, and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
• 10–15 years of experience in landscape design for large infrastructure or airport projects.
• Proven experience in airport or large‑scale landscape projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in landscape design tools.
• Experience with BIM platforms.
