Senior Applied Value Engineer – UKI (Healthcare & Life Sciences)

About the role

Celonis is seeking a Senior Applied Value Engineer for the UKI Healthcare & Life Sciences market. You will act as an architect for critical work‑streams within major HLS accounts, translating complex operational data into clear value drivers and guiding customers through the end‑to‑end value journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify & frame value by discovering strategic priorities, building demos, business cases, and conducting proof‑of‑value projects for C‑level executives.
• Realize value by facilitating workshops, qualifying process‑enhancement opportunities, and presenting results to senior management.
• Scale value by managing the full customer journey, creating expansion roadmaps, and feeding feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• 9+ years in analytical, solution‑consulting, sales‑engineering or IT/management consulting roles, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong experience in data, analytics, applications & IT, including SAP/Oracle, RPA, BI tools, dashboards, and apps.
• Proven track record in process improvement, value realization, and change‑agent activities across domains such as supply chain, finance, or manufacturing.
• Project‑management expertise handling multiple concurrent engagements and leveraging ecosystem partners.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
