Senior Analyst - Supply chain Ops

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for production planning and finite scheduling with the plant team to ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives.
• Manage finished‑goods inventory, highlight risks of CFR cuts, develop root‑cause analyses and maintain a CFR of 98%+.
• Identify and highlight key issues that affect supply.
• Collaborate strongly with business units, plant team, demand planning and logistics teams to deliver results.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, process enhancements, cost‑reduction ideas, and supply‑chain cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Manage product listing, delisting and withdrawal in conjunction with marketing and coordinate with stakeholders to minimise write‑offs.
• Act swiftly on high‑priority issues and escalations from key customers, supporting resolution with ownership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of supply‑chain concepts and solid business acumen.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bias toward action and willingness to learn.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset.

• Supply‑chain experience preferably in consumer‑packaged‑goods (CPG) environments.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
