Senior Analyst, Revenue Analytics

About the role

Join Bluevine as a Senior Analyst, Revenue Analytics to drive revenue performance through data‑driven insights, forecasting and scalable reporting. You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance and other cross‑functional teams to uncover growth opportunities and support both short‑term execution and long‑term planning.

Key responsibilities

• Improve sales productivity and performance by analyzing sales data across teams, segments and channels.
• Own revenue analytics and reporting, building dashboards, scorecards and recurring reports for leaders.
• Develop forecasting and scenario models for new and repeat business, pipeline and quota attainment.
• Generate and communicate insights through in‑depth analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate sales team effectiveness and partner with stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Automate reporting and analytical workflows using SQL, BI tools and generative AI platforms.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in revenue analytics, business analytics, sales operations, consulting, finance or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (business, economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for analytical and scenario modeling.
• Data visualization experience, preferably Tableau; Power BI or Looker also valued.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Google AI Studio for automation.
