Senior Analyst, People Analytics

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is building its People Analytics function from the ground up. We are looking for a Senior Analyst who can combine data‑science expertise with strong visualization skills to turn workforce data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run statistical models, predictive analytics, and hypothesis tests to answer complex employee and organizational questions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring fast load times and accurate data refreshes.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from Workday and other HR systems, building reliable data models for analysis.
• Partner with the Senior Manager to identify and prototype GenAI and AI‑assisted tools that add value to HR decision‑making.
• Validate findings, pressure‑test assumptions, and communicate insights through clear visualizations.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and technically strong with experience in HR data environments.
• Proven ability to own analyses end‑to‑end and act as an analytical partner, not just an executor.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with HR Operations and IT teams.
