Senior Analyst, Data Quality Programs

About the role

The Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) team within Mastercard’s AI and Data Office is looking for a Senior Analyst to lead data quality programs. You will help ensure that data across the network meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance, supporting both business and analytical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans and lead delivery of small‑sized projects across a matrixed team.
• Assist in delivering compliance communications and remediation actions that improve data quality.
• Facilitate reviews and education sessions on data quality policies, standards, and guidance.
• Track program KPIs, use data‑driven insights for continuous improvement, and prepare executive reports.
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and create mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Services Tech, and Data Strategy teams to define remediation and compliance requirements.
• Run queries and generate reports to pinpoint data quality issues and assess investment impacts.
• Provide second‑level support to customer teams and help them maintain compliance.

Required profile

• Senior Analyst level with experience in data quality or data governance programs.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
