Senior Analyst, Client Reporting

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst to own the end‑to‑end client reporting process. You will ensure that all client deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule while supporting continuous improvement across reporting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review client reporting deliverables for accuracy, consistency, formatting quality and timeline adherence.
• Validate data, calculations, fund information, holdings, performance, commentary, disclosures and client‑specific requirements before release.
• Perform quality checks using internal procedures, checklists, control standards and KPIs.
• Coordinate issue identification, exception management, escalation and resolution with Production, Data Management, Product, Marketing, Technology, Compliance and regional teams.
• Investigate reporting issues, support root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, checklists, trackers and issue logs.
• Support testing for system upgrades, report enhancements, regulatory changes and new product launches.
• Identify gaps, automation opportunities and standardisation initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in financial services, investment operations or client/fund reporting.
• Understanding of asset‑management fundamentals, investment products and reporting methodologies.
• Experience reviewing client reports, factsheets, marketing collateral or periodic deliverables.
• Proven ability to support RCA, exception management, process documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
