Senior Analyst - Business Process Integration

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Business Process Integration team. You will work closely with the Business Process Center of Excellence (CoE) to analyse, document and design future‑state processes across multiple functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Business Process CoE and partner teams to deliver projects on scope, timeline and benefits.
• Lead business process discussions, workshops and presentations with end‑users.
• Document process flows, procedures and functional requirements.
• Assist in designing reports, forms, interfaces and user authorisations.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts and perform system testing to validate configurations.
• Provide training, change‑management support and first‑line implementation stabilisation.
• Support data conversion activities, including strategy, cleansing and validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of implementation and integration experience.
• 5+ years working with sales and distribution processes in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of Business Process CoE concepts (OTC, DTC, PTP, FICO, MDM).
