Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

BARE International is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage end‑to‑end finance operations for its Mumbai office. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. The role involves handling invoicing, receivables, payables, GST/TDS compliance and month‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and routine entries in Tally Prime, including foreign currency transactions.
• Manage client e‑invoicing, AR follow‑ups, payment reconciliations and provide periodic ageing reports.
• Coordinate evaluator/vendor payments, support AP activities and perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month‑end closing, provisioning, accruals and basic MIS reporting.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Handle international payments, inter‑office transactions, cash‑flow reporting and generate internal management reports.

Required profile

• B.Com or M.Com (commerce background preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance, with at least 3 years in a senior individual‑contributor role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally Prime for accounting and e‑invoicing.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
