Senior Accounts Executive (Finance & Taxation)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Associate to independently manage accounting, taxation and statutory compliance for our financial services operations in Gurugram. The role involves handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, preparing financial statements and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, GSTR‑9, etc.).
• Compute, pay, reconcile and file TDS returns.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for companies, LLPs, firms and individuals.
• Draft financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow and supporting schedules.
• Maintain books of accounts, perform bank and ledger reconciliations, and manage month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities during audits.
• Prepare MIS, financial and management reports and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Required profile

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, taxation and finance, preferably in a CA firm or compliance‑focused organization.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Ability to prepare and finalize financial statements and reports.
