About the role
The Senior Accountant will support one of our UK‑based clients from our Ahmedabad office. The role involves preparing year‑end accounts, VAT returns and management accounts while supervising a junior team member. You will also provide training and maintain client communication via email.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare year‑end accounts, VAT returns and management accounts for UK clients.
- Perform and review bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy.
- Supervise and train at least one junior team member.
- Communicate with clients professionally via email.
Required profile
- Up to 2 years of experience in the KPO industry.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to address queries from new employees.
Required skills
- Proficiency with XERO, Sage, CCH, QuickBooks and Dext.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Familiarity with UK HMRC regulations.
