Senior Accountant

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Senior Accountant position based in Noida. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements and overseeing account reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and finalize books of accounts while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Support audits and statutory filings, coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports to aid business decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
• Prepare and file direct and indirect tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation and account reconciliation.
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with internal and external audits and management reporting.
• Analytical and problem‑solving ability with high attention to detail.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred, along with several years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a CA firm.

• Experience using accounting software and related productivity tools.
