About the role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations at our Hyderabad office. The role involves handling vouchers, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain day‑to‑day accounting entries in Tally ERP
- Handle sales, purchase, journal, receipt, and payment vouchers
- Maintain ledger accounts, cash book, and bank book
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing of accounts
- Prepare and file GST returns
- Maintain GST records and handle notices, if any
- Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable sections
- Prepare and file TDS returns
