Senior Accountant

About the role

As a Senior Accountant you will prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and conduct account analysis and research. You will ensure accurate balance‑sheet reconciliations and record inter‑company charges, depreciation, amortisation, and related bills each month.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Accounting department in meeting budget targets.
• Complete timely, clear, and accurate account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate journal entries are processed each month.
• Process month‑end checklist items promptly and accurately.
• Support interim and year‑end financial audits.
• Continuously streamline and automate the reconciliation process.

Required profile

• Several years of month‑end closing and general accounting experience.
• Knowledge of TDS calculation and SAP.
• Experience handling audits.
• Background in accounts payable.
• Proficiency with ERPs, word processing, and MS Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
