Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial records, conduct detailed data analysis, and support decision‑making for our Hyderabad office. The role works the 6 pm‑3 am IST shift and requires strong expertise in accounting standards and advanced Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial records and perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide accurate financial information.
• Handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to optimize performance.
• Perform account reconciliation and general ledger accounting to validate financial integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• 5‑9 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.

Required skills

• Journal entries and reconciliations.
• Balance sheet and P&L analysis.
• Advanced Excel, pivot tables, data validation and large dataset analysis.
• Accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Financial accounting and general ledger accounting.
• Process documentation, supporting schedules, internal controls and audit‑ready workpapers.
