Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations in our Hyderabad office. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and providing insightful financial reports to management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, payment entries, receipts and journal entries.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal teams as needed.
• Prepare MIS and other management financial reports.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• B.Com or M.Com equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Tally/ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
