Senior Accountant (Experienced) – Rajkot

About the role

We are seeking both a Senior Accountant (experienced) and a Junior Accountant to provide accounting and bookkeeping services for US‑based clients from our Rajkot office. The positions are full‑time, Monday to Saturday, and require hands‑on work with QuickBooks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and lead month‑end and year‑end closing for senior role.
• Prepare individual and corporate tax returns and give strategic financial advice.
• Mentor junior accountants and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Perform monthly bookkeeping, reconcile bank and credit‑card accounts, and finalize profit‑and‑loss and balance‑sheet statements for junior role.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, support month‑end/year‑end processes, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Collaborate with senior staff to prepare tax filings.

Required profile

• Senior: minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a CA firm or accounts department; CPA preferred; M.Com/CA/CPA qualification.
• Junior: 1‑2 years of accounting experience; Bachelor’s degree in accounting (B.Com/M.Com/Part CA).

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Familiarity with Sage accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
