Senior Account Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead partner onboarding and relationship management across a defined territory. You will be responsible for driving growth of the Dine‑out business, managing a portfolio of 70‑80 restaurant partners and delivering significant GMV each month.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners, explain platform requirements and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners, ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high image coverage.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on Dine‑out plans, promotions and month‑on‑month growth.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to launch events on schedule.
• Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout denials, to ensure seamless customer and partner experiences.
• Develop growth plans for each account and gather competitor insights.
• Interpret dashboard data, communicate key performance metrics to partners, and drive actions to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with partner support, sales operations, and finance teams to align discounts, advertisements and competition data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account and partner relationship management within a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of restaurant partners and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with partners and internal stakeholders.
