Senior A2R Finance Team Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Global Services in Bangalore is seeking a senior leader for the Account-to-Report (A2R) team. The role drives operational excellence, compliance and transformation across global finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with J&J policies, SOX, audit and regulatory requirements while delivering accurate financial close activities.
• Own end‑to‑end Intercompany and Interface Reconciliation processes for EMEA and APAC, governing global process execution and audit readiness.
• Partner with business finance managers, SMEs and global process owners to influence priorities, resource planning and operational decisions.
• Serve as process owner within the ICPC model, driving governance, capability strategy and standardized global execution.
• Lead transformation initiatives such as S/4HANA, TransAct and ICPC programs, promoting automation, digital enablement and process simplification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including people leadership.
• Strong understanding of global accounting, Intercompany processes and internal controls, with a strategic mindset and stakeholder influence.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP / S4 HANA and automation tools.
• Experience with end‑to‑end Intercompany processes and financial transformation initiatives.
