Security Supervisor

About the role

Miraj Group is seeking a full‑time Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations at its Nathdwara facility. You will manage a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and act as the primary point of contact for incidents and emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule security staff across multiple shifts.
• Monitor access control systems and conduct regular patrols and inspections.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating with operations and facilities teams.
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports for audits and compliance checks.
• Provide training and guidance to maintain high safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Experience in security, facilities, or commercial environments, preferably hospitality or retail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Graduation required; a Diploma in Security is preferred.
