Security Supervisor – Airport Operations

About the role

The Security Supervisor will act as the primary point of contact for all security matters at the Delhi station, supporting the Airport Services Manager and the Security Controller India. This role ensures compliance with Emirates security policies, Indian aviation regulations, and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor aviation security policies and procedures in line with Emirates and local (India) requirements.
• Liaise with DGCA, BCAS, airport operators, immigration, customs, and contracted security agencies.
• Disseminate security standards and regulations to all station departments.
• Report any unlawful or potentially unlawful interference affecting aircraft, passengers, staff, or cargo.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and provide findings to the Security Controller.
• Ensure all cargo is screened and maintain records of general, express, and valuable shipments.
• Supervise surveillance of check‑in counters, boarding gates, aircraft, catering, cargo screening, and holding areas.

Required profile

• Experience in aviation security or a related security supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian civil aviation security regulations (e.g., Aviation Security Order 5 of 2009, National Civil Aviation Security Programme).
• Ability to coordinate with multiple authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent reporting and investigative skills.
